What is your Statement of Faith?
We believe the Bible is the written Word of God. We believe that the Bible leads us to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible and the Scriptures therein are fully and verbally inspired by God and free of error in all it teaches. We believe that each book is to be interpreted according to its context and purpose. All believers are exhorted to study the Scriptures and diligently apply them to their lives. The Scriptures are the authoritative rule and guide of all Christian life, practice, and doctrine.
We believe that there is one God: infinite, eternal, almighty, and perfect in holiness, truth, and love. God the Father is the Creator of heaven and earth. He is faithful to every promise, works all things together for good to those who love him, and in his unfathomable grace gave his Son Jesus Christ for mankind’s redemption. Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was supernaturally conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. He was perfect in nature, teaching and obedience. By his death in our place, he revealed the divine love and upheld divine justice, removing our guilt and reconciling us to God.
What does the Love Better Camp do exactly?
The Love Better Camp organizes and presents free and affordable fee-based outings, activities, seminars, conferences and interactive retreats using exercises for families, couples and singles. The exercises include communication building techniques and engaging discussions that uncover recurring behavior that can breech the marriage covenant and cause a breakdown in the family unit. In addition, we utilize esteem boosting techniques to empower husbands and wives and singles to overcome any past abuse or unresolved issues from past relationships that can hinder current relationships. Our goal is to assist couples with connecting to their spouse and singles with their potential spouse on a deeper level to give an overall better quality of life to the family as a whole. We also host an annual fundraiser to assist with offsetting the cost of the aforementioned activities.
Can I volunteer for the Love Better Camp?
Yes! If God has put it on your heart to help spread the word about our site, the mission and/or come out to assist with our functions subscribe to our website and then send us an email letting us know. We’ll let you know in which area we can use volunteers. Thank you!
I have a non-profit organization too and we would like for you to both come out and discuss your mission with our group, would you do that?
We enjoy spreading the vision of the Love Better Camp. We also have annual events that are dedicated to sharing our vision across the United States and abroad that are set for specific dates each year. You can definitely contact us and we will work out a date and time that fits your organization’s schedule as well as ours.
Does your organization serve just the United States?
We’ve been blessed to reach individuals throughout the United States and beyond. We’ve had visitors and comments from Australia, Syria, Africa, Italy, France, India, the United Kingdom and many other places. We don’t put a limit on our service to the Kingdom. We want to reach whoever needs the tools to make their relationships better and enhance their quality of life.
